Tim represents adults, children, and families who have sustained catastrophic injuries, or the loss of a loved one, as a result of medical malpractice. He is also a registered nurse. Prior to practicing law, Tim was a supervisor and trauma coordinator in the emergency department of a large Connecticut teaching hospital.
He was previously a partner at a prestigious defense firm, where he represented the interests of Connecticut doctors and healthcare providers for many years. As of 2023, Tim will now be representing plaintiffs as a personal injury attorney at The Flood Law Firm. His shift in focus allows him to leverage his in-depth understanding of medical issues and his ability to analyze complex facts to effectively advocate for individuals seeking justice. Tim was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2023 edition of the Best Lawyers in America in the field of medical malpractice law. He is also an appointed member of the 2022-2023 Connecticut Bar Association Presidential Fellows Committee. He is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, Connecticut Bar Association, and The American Association of Nurse Attorneys.
Tim graduated from Charter Oak College in 1993 with a B.S. in Health and Human Services, and Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2004.
